Help accessing this website
Don't Panic! This website is designed with accessibility in mind. This makes it easier to browse the site using technologies such as text-only browsers, screen readers, Braille interfaces and mobile phones. Additional features can be installed to make life easier for users of web browsers like Firefox or recent versions of Internet Explorer, which support them.
Keyboard shortcuts
On this site, Access Keys have been added to the main menu and the booking form. This allows users to navigate through the site using key presses rather than the mouse. The letter or number to press to access the link is underlined, it is usually the first letter of the word, for example access key H will take you back to the home page. Sections of the booking enquiry form can be accessed using the numbered keys. Access keys usually involve holding down a combination of keys depending on the set-up of your computer:
- Mac - Ctrl+accesskey
- Windows - Alt+accesskey
- Firefox - Alt+Shift+accesskey
You can also navigate through all the links in a page using the Tab key, Shift+Tab takes you backwards.
It is also possible to alter the text size of the page you are viewing using Ctrl++, Ctrl+- and Ctrl+0 in Firefox and Konqueror. In IE7+ this key combination zooms the entire page. In Opera the same effect can be achieved with Shift++ and Shift+-, on an Apple Mac, the equivalent is Apple++ and Apple+-.
Configuring your computer
You can change the text size through your browser's View menu; look for options like Zoom and Text Size. There are usually further accessibility options available in your browsers preferences section. Further assistive technologies may be offered by your operating system - check out System > Universal Access in the Finder on OSX or Accessories > Accessibility in the Programs menu of Windows XP, Gnome users will find the equivalent options under Preferences > Accessibility in the Main 'footprint' Menu.
